GoKwiks 1-click Kwik checkout improves checkout conversion rates ensuring higher GMV realization and reduced marketing CAC. Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Build and maintain management dashboards with key business KPIs. Standardize and automate financial reporting templates to improve efficiency Ensure timely and accurate MIS reporting for stakeholders, including investors. Functional cost partnering for managing stakeholders and robust cost tracking, driving conversations for cost reviews.` Review of Variances vs targets and deep dive on the cost for MIS preparation and giving insights to stakeholders Review of the Provision with the team at the vendor level for the right tagging and provisioning for Management reporting for cost control Standardizing formats and support to the functional team for Operational challenges Identifying cost-saving initiatives and driving those initiatives with the team for results and Management decision support You will bring the following to the table Experience in financial planning and analysis. Excellent stakeholder management influencing skills. Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, influencing, commercial acumen, critical thinking, and analytical skills. You will succeed in this role by Analytical Proficiency: A strong financial analysis and cost management foundation is essential. Youll need to excel in tracking and analyzing costs, identifying trends, variances, and cost-saving opportunities, and providing meaningful insights to stakeholders to support decision-making processes. Effective Stakeholder Engagement: Success in this role hinges on your ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across various functions. Building strong relationships, understanding their needs and priorities, and aligning cost management strategies with their objectives will be crucial for success
