Job Description

Position Summary: The Lead FP&A (Business Finance) is responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis functions, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cess imvement. This role involves collaborating with department heads and business leaders to gather inputs, monitor budget performance, and vide financial to support strategic decision-making. Job Responsibilities: IN ORDER TO lead financial planning: - Lead the annual operating budget of the organization and ensure department-wise budgets are set at the beginning of the year. - Collaborate with department heads and business leaders to gather inputs and assumptions for budgeting and forecasting cesses. - Monitor and analyze budget performance, identifying areas of variance and viding recommendations for corrective actions. IN ORDER TO conduct financial analysis: - Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making, including trend analysis, cost-benefit analysis, scenario modeling, and sensitivity analysis. - vide into business performance by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), financial ratios, and other relevant metrics. IN ORDER TO manage forecasting and reporting: - Develop accurate and timely financial forecasts, including rolling forecasts, to help the organization adapt to changing market conditions and business dynamics. - Prepare comprehensive financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior leadership, the board of directors, and external stakeholders. - Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data, maintaining strong internal controls and compliance with accounting standards. - vide financial and recommendations to support strategic decision-making at various levels of the organization. IN ORDER TO drive cess imvement: - Identify opportunities to enhance financial planning and analysis cesses, systems, and tools to imve efficiency and accuracy. - Drive cess standardization and automation initiatives to streamline reporting and analysis workflows. Education and Experience: - Qualified Chartered Accountant - 8+ years post-qualification experience in Corporate Finance Technical Skills: - Data analysis - Computer skills: SAP, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook - Practical knowledge of accounting standards and corporate taxation Soft Skills: - Strong communication and presentation skills - blem-solving - Critical thinking - Multi-tasking
