Position Title : Manager – Financial Reporting Location: Bangalore What you’ll do at Quess: Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of the organization's financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement. Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards (e.g., Ind AS,IFRS). Strong technical knowledge on Ind AS and experience in preparing financial statement as per Ind AS. Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors. Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, including those related to securities laws, tax laws, and corporate governance. Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate risk and ensure compliance. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting. Leverage technology to streamline processes and improve data quality. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with senior management and other stakeholders. Provide clear and concise financial information. Address inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. What we are looking for: CA is qualified with 5+ years of experience in Financial Reporting.
