We are looking for an intelligent and resourceful candidate to join our Core Human Capital (CHC) Department and oversee the HC Infrastructure portfolio, in Hyderabad at a Manager level. The team is tasked with developing and implementing redesigned systems infrastructure in collaboration with developers and human capital Centers of Excellence (CoE) teams. WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY: As HC Infra lead you will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, document the requirements, and create detailed functional specifications. You will assess the existing infrastructure and identify any gaps between the current state and desired future state and recommend potential solutions to bridge these gaps. You will help with creation of test cases and scenarios and will oversee the UAT process to ensure that the system meets user requirements and is free from defects. Overall, you will be responsible for ensuring that the system effectively supports the organization's human capital management processes and aligns with its strategic goals WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Basic Qualifications: 7 – 11 years of relevant experience Good knowledge of Human Capital Systems and Processes An aptitude for translating the needs of non-technical people into technical requirements, and an ability to see how small details interrelate and impact the bigger picture Excellent analytical skills to analyze complex business problems and identify potential solutions.
