Job Summary: As the Manager - Health Network , you will play a crucial role in expanding and managing Global Assure s network of hospitals, clinics, pathology labs , and doctors . You will be responsible for establishing strategic partnerships, onboarding new healthcare providers into our system, and ensuring that our network of partners is well-integrated to deliver seamless health assistance services. Key Responsibilities: Network Expansion : Lead efforts to expand and build relationships with hospitals, clinics, pathology labs, diagnostic centers, and individual doctors across PAN India. Onboarding & Integration : Manage the onboarding process for new healthcare providers, ensuring smooth integration into Global Assure s systems and services. Strategic Partnerships : Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with healthcare providers to ensure consistent quality of service and mutual growth. Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all partners needs are met, including technical support, contractual agreements, and operational requirements. Market Research : Stay informed on the latest healthcare trends, regulations, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and improve network offerings. Performance Tracking : Monitor the performance of network partners and implement corrective actions when necessary to ensure high standards of service delivery. Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with business development, sales, and product teams to align partner offerings with the company s overall goals and services. Requirements: Experience : 5+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or network expansion in the healthcare or health-tech industry. Skills : Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including hospitals, clinics, diagnostic labs, and wellness providers. Communication : Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Analytical : Ability to assess market trends and identify key business opportunities. Problem-Solving : Strong ability to manage complex partner relationships and resolve issues efficiently. Education : Bachelor s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or related field. A Master s degree is a plus.
