Responsible for Present and future changes taking place in DG Business and taking suitable decision to grow the business. Responsible to make pricing strategy for Retail Business, Dealers and distributors to remain competitive as well as profitable Responsible for dealing with various Departments like Product Development, Supply Chain to ensure successful launch of New Products. Responsible for coordinating and formulating Policies with Service Department to provide Best in Class service to the Customers Responsible for Financial tie-ups and schemes with help of Finance Department for all the channel partners Experience Minimum 12+ years of experience in HHKVA DG sales Industry Preferred Genset Industry Qualifications Post graduate from business school General Requirements BE in Mechanical, Electrical with 12+ years of relevant experience Strong technical knowledge of Sales Strategy Execution Proven track record of handling large-value sales and key accounts Experience in Market Research Competitive Analysis Experience in Team Leadership Sales Operations Stakeholder Collaboration Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
