Job Description

Job purpose: We are eager to find an experienced professional to establish and manage a UK People Services team. Ideally, the candidate must have prior experience in setting up similar teams and be well-versed in managing key functions such as UK payroll, administration, data and reporting, and helpdesk services. This role is intended to be office-based, allowing the successful candidate to build and develop a strong, cohesive team while leading by example. We are looking for someone with energy and passion, driven to create an exceptional support team that can eventually be showcased to other countries and regions, contributing to the development of a global HR People Services capability.
