The Job: As a HRBP, you ll be part of our Human Resource team working as an on-site employee. You ll get to: Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruitment strategies, ensuring the hiring of top talent to meet requirements. Establish a robust onboarding framework for new hires to drive quicker integration and performance. On boarding / Employee Experience: Responsible for Comprehensive induction program for new employees. Regular feedback sessions at 30, 60, and 90 days to ensure a smooth transition. Personalized one-on-one connections with employees to foster a positive work environment. Talent Management: Develop and implement talent management processes, such as skill matrix and career development, to support the growth and development of employees. Training and Development: Design and driving learning and development programs, addressing skill gaps and fostering employee and leadership growth. Performance Management and Development : Responsible for employee s probation/confirmation/probation extension process. Ensure effective implementation of performance management systems, supporting managers with appraisal processes and performance improvement plans. Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and measure ROI. Employee Engagement and Culture: Drive engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and improve employee satisfaction. Conduct engagement surveys, analyze feedback, and lead action planning to address organizational challenges. Employee Relations and Compliance: Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters, managing complex issues and ensuring resolution in alignment with company policies. Oversee compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies across centers. Payroll: Responsible for accurately and timely inputting payroll data. Process payroll transactions, including new hires, terminations, and benefits, to ensure seamless and efficient payroll operations . Rewards & Recognization: Manage and administer rewards and recognition programs, including budgeting, planning, and execution Strategic HR, Collaboration, and Stakeholder Management: Partner with local and matrix leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that drive business outcomes. Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing expert guidance on HR challenges, workforce planning, and organizational development. Design and implement HR frameworks to support operational growth and scalability. Evaluate the impact of HR initiatives on employees and develop change management strategies to ensure seamless transitions. Facilitate effective communication and alignment between zonal HR teams and corporate HR. Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as vendors and consultants, to support HR operations and compliance. HR Analytics and Reporting: Design, Maintain, Analyze and interpret HR dashboards & reports to ensure data accuracy and relevance to provide insights and analytics on HR metrics.
