School : GLENDALE Campus : Sun City Country : India Qualification : MBA OverView : The HR Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and compliance with company policies and labor laws. The role is critical in executing people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence. Responsibility : Recruitment & Staffing: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes. Work with department heads to forecast hiring needs. Design and update job descriptions. Conduct interviews and oversee onboarding processes. Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns or grievances. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Implement engagement activities and recognition programs. Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal systems. Support managers in goal setting and employee development plans. Compliance & Policy Implementation: Ensure legal compliance with labor and employment laws. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Maintain employee records and documentation. Training & Development: Assess training needs and coordinate learning programs. Support career development and succession planning. HR Operations & Reporting: Manage payroll in collaboration with the accounts team (if applicable). Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review. Maintain HR systems and ensure accurate data entry. Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience (5+ years) in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position. Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software. SkillsDescription : Preferred Skills: Experience in [industry-specific requirement, e.g., education, tech, etc.] Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
