Job Description

Role & Responsibilities: Act as a strategic HR leader with a strong background in industrial/manufacturing environment. Manage a large blue-collar and white collar workforce, ensuring a productive and harmonious workplace. Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business outcomes, enhance employee engagement, and improve overall plant performance. Lead all aspects of HR management including talent development, performance management and compensation & benefits. Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations related to labor laws, industrial relations, and collective bargaining agreements. Foster strong relationships across all levels of the organization to promote transparent and open communication. Analyze workforce planning and HR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Demonstrate strong leadership, decision-making, and people management capabilities to drive high-performance culture. Desired Candidate Profile: 15 to 24 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on the manufacturing sector preferably from Manufacturing, Automobiles or Steel Industry. Candidates from defense background are preferred. Proven track record in managing Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, Statutory Compliance, and HR Operations. Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA/B.Com/ B,.Tech); MBA/PGDM / Masters in HR / MSW preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle workforce issues in a dynamic, unionized environment.
