Job Description

Job Overview The HR manager will oversee and manage all aspects of human resources operations, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and HR strategy. This role requires a seasoned HR professional with strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities to drive organizational growth and foster a positive workplace culture. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization s goals and objectives. Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership in workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development. Lead HR projects and initiatives that drive business performance and employee engagement. Talent Acquisition Workforce Planning: Oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for senior and key roles. Develop workforce planning strategies to ensure the organization has the right talent in place. Implement employer branding strategies to attract and retain top talent. Performance Management Employee Development: Design and manage performance appraisal systems to ensure continuous employee growth. Drive initiatives for employee learning and development, including leadership training and succession planning. Collaborate with department heads to enhance productivity through performance improvement plans. Employee Relations Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations. Address and resolve employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions effectively. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the workplace. Compensation Benefits: Develop competitive compensation structures and benefits programs. Conduct market benchmarking and salary reviews to ensure competitive pay scales. Work closely with finance and leadership teams on budgeting for HR-related expenses. HR Policies Process Improvement: Continuously review and update HR policies, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. Leverage HR technology and data analytics to drive efficiency in HR operations. Implement automation and process improvements to enhance employee experience. Culture Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment that enhances employee motivation and retention. Organize employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and wellness activities. Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and drive necessary interventions. Knowledge and Skills Required Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Sound knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and best practices. Hands-on experience with HRIS, talent management systems, and HR analytics. Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality. Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have): Industry Exposure: Experience in the Digital Marketing industry with a preference for corporate HR experience. Experience 12-15 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles. Education Master s/Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
