Job Description

Role & responsibilities Recruitment, On boarding & Induction: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, completing the joining formalities, Induction and Orientation. Personal file Management: Maintain and regularly update master database (personal file, personal database,) of each employee. Payroll Management: Prepare & process monthly payroll with the help of payroll. Compensation Management - Responsible for annual increments for all staff in line with corporate policy. Responsible for deciding upon compensation for new recruits in line with internal policy and expectations. Employee Grievances: Resolve grievances or queries that any of the employees have. Escalate to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance or issue. Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback and coaching to employees. Training and Development: Identify training needs, organize training sessions, and support employee development initiatives. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies, manage employee records, and handle disciplinary actions. HR Policies: Develop and update HR policies and procedures, and ensure they are communicated and adhered to by all employees. Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance and get it renewed in due time. HR Metrics: Track and analyse HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Exit Interview: Conduct exit interviews and exit procedure for resigned employees
