Job Description

Identifies WaveLight sales & EFA opportunities within assigned areas by follow-up on leads and successfully winning the deals Provide quality service to internal and external customers in all assigned tasks, while upholding organizational Values at all times Provides prompt customer service to all accounts & builds relationships with accounts to achieve the assigned sales goals Achieves the annual WaveLight portfolio sales plan & market share objectives of the assigned areas Reviews the system & processes, analyzes the data and performs comprehensive territory management Works in coordination with the surgical team & channel partner MHS to accelerate the sales process also converts the competitive refractive centers to Alcon laser refractive systems Reports to Head - Strategic Accounts, performs Intra-divisional teamwork with routine communication in coordination with Regional Sales Manager and Area Sales Managers of the Surgical team in the assigned areas Follows-up on the compliance and execution of EFA contracts in order to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Responsible for adverse event and product complaint handling related activities at a local level including the collection, intake and forwarding the information to the Local Vigilance Representative Adherence to all corporate compliance guidelines & corporate programs by self Minimum Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions Graduate or Masters level degree in Science , Business Administration or Engineering 7 years of field selling experience in surgical Financial and business result - Through the performance of value achievement & desired growth Strategy/Market focus - Through the performance of key product value achievement & desired growth Operational Excellence - Timely SFE utility, to keep outstanding from the distributor as per agreed norm People, Capabilities & Management- Medium Others - Excellent & relevant knowledge of ophthalmic surgical techniques with product knowledge relating to laser refractive equipment, comprehensive knowledge of ophthalmology marketplace
