Job Description

As a Product Operations Manager , you will play a crucial role in supporting the Product Operations Lead in enhancing the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the product team. You will help streamline processes, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and ensure smooth execution of key initiatives. Your work will contribute to fostering a high-performance culture within the product organization and driving alignment across teams. Key Responsibilities Operational Support & Process Optimization Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) to drive consistency and efficiency in product management practices. Support the implementation and management of team cadences , including planning cycles, meetings, and reviews, to ensure smooth operations. Help identify and address operational bottlenecks, providing solutions to improve workflow efficiency across the product function. Cross-Functional Coordination & Execution Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, design, go-to-market) to facilitate execution of strategic initiatives led by the Product Operations Lead. Support coordination of key projects and process improvements , ensuring seamless collaboration and timely delivery of business objectives. Assist in gathering and organizing insights from teams to help refine decision-making frameworks and governance structures . Communication & Alignment Help maintain and optimize internal communication channels , ensuring clear and timely information flow across teams and stakeholders. Assist in preparing team updates, reports, and dashboards to track product team performance and operational effectiveness. Contribute to knowledge management efforts by ensuring documentation of best practices and key learnings to enhance transparency and collaboration . Qualifications & Experience 5 years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, or a related role , preferably in a tech-driven environment. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for process improvement and execution . Experience working with cross-functional teams , with an ability to coordinate efforts and ensure alignment. Proficiency in project management tools, data analysis, and communication platforms to support operational workflows. A structured and detail-oriented mindset , with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
