Job Description: We are looking for a strategic finance leader to drive the transition to Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS) and ensure compliance across all financial processes. Location- Mumbai-Malad Designation- Manager – IND AS Implementation Key Responsibilities: 📌 IND AS Implementation & Compliance: Lead the adoption of IND AS, ensuring regulatory alignment and smooth financial reporting transitions. 📌 Policy Formulation: Develop and standardize accounting policies to maintain consistency across the organization. 📌 Training & Development: Conduct training sessions to upskill finance teams and stakeholders in IND AS requirements. 📌 Financial Reporting & Reconciliation: Transition financial statements, oversee disclosures, and ensure accurate reporting. 📌 Risk Management & Impact Analysis: Identify potential risks, assess financial implications, and strategize solutions. 📌 Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with auditors, regulators, and senior management for smooth implementation. 📌 Systems & Process Optimization: Modify financial systems to align with IND AS standards, ensuring data integrity. 📌 Continuous Monitoring & Audit Coordination: Ensure compliance post-implementation and manage audits efficiently. Qualifications & Experience: ✔ CA with 8+ years of experience (Actuarial background is a plus). ✔ Strong knowledge of Life Insurance, IRDA Regulations & IFRS. ✔ Proven experience in IND AS implementation & compliance. ✔ Ability to manage projects, teams & stakeholder communications.
