Evaluation of new Technology (IIOT 4.0) Evaluation of new technology and new Protocol on IIOT Upkeep of Instruments, IIOT, AIMS systems To ensure SOP, Work Instructions and check list compliance on daily basis To ensure timely Calibration/Preventive Maintenance of spare instruments to achieve equipment uptime. Ensuring safe operations of the equipment & personnel To ensure the sustain of quality of maintenance and project activities To enhance the skill level of Subordinates & Technicians Arrangement of OJT's and classroom trainings for subordinates to increase their operational & maintenance skill as per skill matrix. Cost Reduction Evaluate & applying new technology/Tools Implementation of IMS system To ensure SOPs, Work Instructions and checklists are amended as per changes carried out. Preferred candidate profile Ideal candidate must be a B.E./B.Tech in Instrumentation / Electronics with 10-14 years of experience Chemical/Petrochemical plant with proven track record on IOT Project implementation
