Position – Manager – Internal Audit Reporting – Head Internal Audit & Investigations Department - Finance Location – Carlsberg India HO Gurugram Qualification – Chartered Accountant preferably first attempt. (CIA would be an added advantage) Skills/Competence – Business mindset, Analytical capability with an eye for detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills Relevant experience – Minimum 5 years of experience in Internal audit in a big 4 or a manufacturing set-up Job Responsibilities :- Timely and high-quality process risk assessment with the process owners and function heads to come up with key risks to be mitigated Based on risk assessment, prepare yearly internal audit plan Timely and high-quality planning, execution and reporting of internal audits Ensure all areas are covered within appropriate time frame Develop and implement a mechanism to monitor Key Internal controls Timely and appropriate closure of management actions by supporting function heads in closure Support management in ensuring strong internal controls in all functions and stepping up of internal controls to the next level Testing & reporting of internal financial controls Show more Show less
