Committed to sustainable practices and innovative solutions, BCL Industries Ltd is expanding its operations to include Biodiesel, Distillery, Hospitality & Real Estates in all overall India i.e Punjab, West Bangal & Haryana. Basic Job Profile We are looking for an experienced Head (IT) who will be responsible for overseeing the entire IT infrastructure and technology strategy of the organization. This role involves leading the IT team, ensuring cyber security, managing IT projects, optimizing systems, and aligning IT initiatives with business goals. Duties & Responsibility 1. IT Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute the companys IT roadmap aligned with business goals. Identify emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency. Lead IT budgeting, cost control, and resource planning. 2. IT Infrastructure & Security: Oversee the management of servers, networks, data centers, and cloud solutions. Ensure robust cybersecurity measures to protect company data and IT assets. Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans. 3. ERP & Software Management: Lead ERP implementation, integration, and optimization (SAP, Oracle, or similar). Ensure smooth operation of enterprise applications, including finance, HR, and supply chain systems. Work with vendors and internal teams to enhance system functionalities. 4. IT Operations & Support: Ensure smooth IT support across all departments and locations. Manage IT service desk and troubleshooting for software/hardware issues. Maintain compliance with IT policies and government regulations. 5. Team & Vendor Management: Lead and mentor the IT team, ensuring skill development and high performance. Manage relationships with IT vendors, consultants, and service providers. Negotiate IT contracts and ensure cost-effective solutions. Qualification & Requirements Bachelor's/Masters degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in IT leadership, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG. Strong expertise in ERP systems IT infrastructure, and cyber security. Hands-on experience in cloud computing, networking, and data security. Proven track record in digital transformation and automation projects. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
