Role & responsibilities Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor IT and cloud teams, fostering skill development. Establish IT policies, procedures, and best practices. Conduct performance evaluations and set measurable goals. Strategic IT and Cloud Planning: Develop and execute IT and cloud strategies aligned with business goals. Assess emerging technologies and recommend ROI-driven investments. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement scalable IT solutions. Infrastructure Management: Oversee maintenance and scalability of IT infrastructure. Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of systems. Drive automation and improve infrastructure efficiency. Cloud Architecture and Security: Design and manage secure, scalable, cost-effective cloud environments. Implement cloud security practices like IAM and encryption. Leverage IAC tools for standardized cloud deployments. Data Security and Compliance: Enforce cybersecurity measures and compliance standards. Conduct audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability testing. Project Management: Plan and execute IT and cloud projects within time and budget. Oversee IT support for business launches and stakeholder communications. Vendor and Budget Management: Manage vendor contracts and ensure cost-effective services. Prepare and oversee IT budgets and licensing requirements. Application and Software Oversight: Manage enterprise applications and ensure seamless integration. Coordinate with vendors for customization and upgrades. Innovation and Process Automation: Drive digital transformation and process automation initiatives. Implement customer-centric technology solutions. Support and Maintenance: Ensure timely resolution of IT issues and maintain continuity plans. Conduct user feedback surveys to enhance IT services. Asset and Network Management: Maintain and reconcile IT assets, ensuring compliance. Monitor and optimize network performance across locations. Required Skill Set: Proficiency in IT infrastructure management, cloud technologies, and database systems. Expertise in cybersecurity frameworks, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, IAC tools, and network management. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields. 10-12 years of experience in IT management, with at least 5 years focused on cloud services and infrastructure. Certifications like ITIL, CISSP, or cloud-specific credentials (e.g., AWS, Azure) are preferred. Demonstrated success in leading complex IT and cloud projects. Experience in fintech applications and APIs is an added advantage.
