Understanding of IVD market to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Generate leads by meeting customers at Hospitals/ Diagnostics Labs to sell IVD devices and consumables. Responsible for Target achievement on monthly basis. Generate proper action plans to penetrate new markets for better prospects. Keep proper record of sales and customers and persuading the customers to buy company's products. Driving Order collection, payments collections and other customer related activities Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections Should have direct customer (End users) connect and Channel partners Should be able to understand and promote the IVD products with its technical details.
