1. Responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the advertising department. 2. Client Relationship Management 3. Project and Campaign Management 4. Team Leadership and Management 5. Creative Direction - Concept Oversight: Guide the creative process to ensure that advertising concepts align with the client’s objectives and brand voice. 6. Review creative work (e.g., ads, content, designs) before presenting it to the client. 7. Innovation: Encourage creative innovation to keep the campaigns fresh, engaging, and effective. 8. Budget Planning: Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring that all costs are accounted for and that the campaign doesn’t exceed financial limits. 9. Market Research and Analysis - Trend Analysis: Keep up with advertising industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities. 10. Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with other departments like sales, PR, digital marketing, and analytics to ensure that campaigns are integrated across all touchpoints. 11. New Business Development: Work with the sales and new business teams to secure new clients and expand current client relationships. 12. Problem Solving and Risk Management 13. Brand Strategy: Work on developing and maintaining a strong brand presence for the client, ensuring that advertising efforts align with the brand's core values and image 14.
