Job Description: Objective: The objective of this role is to drive actionable insights through both internal and external data sources and uncover future business opportunities. Day to day role: Tracking key KPIs and performance updates to be shared across teams of HCCB . The role aims to drive data-driven decision-making, enhance business performance, and provide valuable recommendations for continuous improvement. Function: K&I Work Location: Bangalore Job Responsibilities: 1. Synthesizing information from various sources to draw insights and actionable recommendations (e.g., structure the problem, collect data, identify challenges/opportunities and present results) 2. Leveraging internal and external data sources in the creation of statistical and analytic reviews of all business levers; category, competitor, channel, distribution, execution etc 3. Develop statistical models regression, mix modelling, store / pack level analytics, forecasting & time series 4. Handson work with Power BI, python 5. Serve as a thought partner while gaining deep experience in insights generation, process and data synthesis. 6. Conduct thorough analysis and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations. Supervises: 1 Direct Reports: NA Geographical Scope: Pan HCCB Reports To: National Head Knowledge & Insights Key Customers: Internal Customers: RGM team, Demand planning, ZVPs, COEs and Zone Teams, Plant and Supply Chain Managers, Enabling function, Procurement, HCCB Leadership Team, HR & Finance Managers supporting Zone etc. External Customers: 3rd party vendors Job Requirements: Qualifications: MBA with relevant experience of data science & analytics Functional Skills: Leveraging data for statistical and analytic reviews, synthesizing information for insights, analysis and actionable recommendations, Power BI, Python / R.
