Job Description

Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution: Lead the execution of Ground-Mounted Solar Power Projects from feasibility to commissioning. Develop project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. Coordinate with design, procurement, construction, and quality teams to streamline project workflows. Ensure compliance with local and national regulatory requirements , including environmental and safety norms. Engineering & Technical Oversight Ensure quality assurance and control (QA/QC) standards are met during installation and commissioning. Vendor & Contractor Management Evaluate and manage EPC contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors for project execution. Negotiate contracts, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to specifications. Monitor site progress and resolve any technical or contractual disputes. Stakeholder Coordination Liaise with government authorities, DISCOMs, and financial institutions for approvals and compliance. Coordinate with internal teams (finance, procurement, and legal) to ensure smooth execution. Present project progress reports to senior management and investors. HSE & Quality Assurance Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) guidelines on-site. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain high-quality standards. Implement best practices for safety and risk management.
