Job Description

Responsibilities: Provide leadership and strategic direction for the NOC team. Oversee the day to day operations of the NOC, ensuring seamless monitoring of solar and wind energy assets. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures. Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve issues promptly. Manage and optimize the NOCs resources, including personnel and technology. Conduct regular performance assessments and provide feedback to team members. Coordinate with external vendors and support teams. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements. Requirements: Bachelors/masters degree in a relevant field (EC or Electrical Engineering). Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role, preferably in a NOC environment. Strong knowledge of solar and wind energy systems and monitoring technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with problem solving abilities. Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices.
