*Project Manager Solar Project ### *Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced *Project Managerto lead and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of our *solar power project*. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project scheduling, budgeting, vendor coordination, client communication, and ensuring timely project delivery while maintaining quality and compliance with regulatory requirements. ### *Key Responsibilities: #### *1. Project Planning Scheduling: Develop and manage *project schedules, milestones, and deliverablesto ensure timely completion. Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams for seamless project implementation. Identify risks and create mitigation plans to keep the project on track. #### *2. Budgeting Cost Management: Prepare *project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports*. Monitor expenses and control costs to ensure adherence to the approved budget. Optimize resource allocation to improve cost efficiency. #### *3. Procurement Vendor Management: Prepare *Bill of Materials (BOM)and coordinate with the procurement team for sourcing materials. *Evaluate, negotiate, and onboard vendors/subcontractorsto ensure quality and timely supply. Ensure vendor payments and material delivery schedules align with project needs. #### *4. Execution Coordination: Oversee *site activities, installation, and commissioningof the solar power plant. Work closely with *engineers, contractors, and site teamsto ensure smooth execution. Ensure adherence to technical specifications and quality standards. #### *5. Stakeholder Client Communication: Act as the primary *point of contactbetween the company, *clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders*. Facilitate regular meetings, provide project updates, and address client concerns. Coordinate with *regulatory authoritiesfor necessary approvals and compliance. #### *6. Compliance Safety Management: Ensure the project meets all *statutory and regulatory requirementsrelated to solar energy projects. Implement and enforce *health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standardsat the site. Manage legal documentation, contracts, and agreements related to the project. #### *7. Performance Monitoring Reporting: Track *KPIs, progress reports, and performance metricsto ensure efficiency. Prepare and submit *weekly/monthly project reportsto senior management. Address any deviations and take corrective action to meet project goals. ### *Qualifications Requirements: *Bachelor s/Master s degreein Engineering, Renewable Energy, Project Management, or a related field. *5+ years of experiencein solar power projects, EPC, or infrastructure project management. Strong knowledge of *solar PV technology, project financing, and regulatory frameworks*. Proficiency in *project management tools(MS Project, Primavera, etc.). Excellent *negotiation, leadership, and problem solvingskills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under tight deadlines.
