Responsibilities - 1) Understanding of Training Needs - Interact with key personnel in the SD and marketing teams to understand the future business priorities Work with the frontline sales team and interact with RSMs on a periodic basis to understand current capability gaps Basis the above, prepare the training needs for each designation in agreement with GM-Sales. 2) Design and Delivery of SD Training - Lead/work with regional teams and external agencies (where required) to develop the training modules to be executed Formulate the training execution norms for effective training execution as per the plan. Prepare the training calendar and budget by designation and RSM region in accordance with the identified training needs Conduct train the trainer sessions for ASMs and RSMs for effective training presentation delivery Select external training vendors (as required) to drive the training agenda 3) Effectiveness of SD Training - Design and implement a process to track the delivery of training and its quality as per the planned calendar Design and implement a process to track the effectiveness of the training programs (e.g. trainer feedback, behavioral changes in the sales team) Conduct monthly review meetings with RSM/ASM personnel to drive the training agenda and make course corrections, where required. Requirements - Strong communication and teaming skills. Ability to lead align with teams, with a can-do attitude Understanding of existing Beco SD infrastructure, systems, and processes. Ability to prepare training needs based on performance gaps. Must be able to read and analyze sales data to target ASM areas for their specific training needs. 8 years of FMCG sales training experience, hands-on sales exposure preferred High performer and well respected in the PAPL system Excellent in OJT with the sales team. Masters/Bachelor degree in sales marketing (Advantage in case of previous sales Training exp.) Experience in sales capability development.
