Position: Sr. Manager- Legal Services Experience: 13-15 Years Location: Surat, Gujarat Education: Master Degree in Law (LL.M) Key responsibilities: Oversee the legal services department and ensure the team delivers high-quality legal support. Develop and implement legal strategies that align with the company's objectives. Manage complex legal cases and negotiate contracts to mitigate risks and protect the companys interests. Provide expert legal advice to senior management on various regulatory and compliance matters. Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations while maintaining best practices in legal operations. Foster and manage relationships with external legal advisors and stakeholders. Conduct legal research and analysis to stay updated on industry changes and impact on the organization's operations. Prepare and present reports on legal issues and strategies to the executive leadership team. Supervise, mentor, and develop legal staff, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
