Job Description Job Purpose Handling Logistics section (Heavy duty Crane hiring, Import & exports, Inbound logistics and Couriers) in procurement function independently Roles and Responsibilities 1. Rate contracts with transporter & Courier agency at PAN India 2. Arrangement of CHA/ Freight Forwarder 3. Knowledge about heavy duty crane (600 – 800 Ton) hiring process 4. Follow up & timely delivery of the consignments. 5. Preparation of PO & ensure timely releasing of the payments. 6. Responsible for reverse logistics 7. Awareness about milk run process. 8. Well verse with various INCOTERMS. 9. MIS for invoice tracking for timely releasing the payments. Deliverables 1. Optimization of logistic cost 2. Establishment of SOP & its compliances 3. Ensure timely release of the payments. 4. Monthly circulation of MIS to user & management 5. Monthly provisions & its timely settlements Profile & Eligible Criteria 1. Education: Graduate in any discipline / MBA 2. Experience: 8-10 years 3. Good communication skill 4. ERP- SAP Main Interfaces 1. Site team 2. Procurement team 3. Business team 4. Finance team 5. Warehouse team
