Candidate should be Managed Supply planning role with team & Knowledge of Pharma production and Scheduling Hands on Experience of Microsoft Office, SAP and Kinaxis with below processes but not limited to. - Demand vs Supply plan - Resource constraint mapping and evaluation - Material planning through Kinaxis - Inventory Management Experience of working collaboratively with cross functional teams. Good communication skills to have seamless co-ordination with other functions like Demand planning, NPL, Logistics, Procurement, Warehouse, Quality Co-ordination with different functions for getting Market Requirements and Ensuring timely Material availability, Product availability. Co-ordination with different functions to ensure Operational efficient and cost-efficient production. Soft Skills like Decision making, Handling complex scenarios, Conflict management Competencies Innovation & Creativity Strategic Agility Result Orientation Collaboration Stakeholder Management Customer Centricity Developing Talent Process Excellence Education Masters in Business Administration or Materials Management Graduation in Pharmacy or Medicinal Chemistry Work Experience 12 to 15 years
