We are looking candidate for Manager Maintenance based at Chiplun. Job Purpose (why job exists / what it must achieve) Day to day Maintenance Planning in plant Preventive /Predictive / Breakdown/ Corrective Maintenance of Equipments. Support to General Manager for Smooth operation in Engineering Department. Role and Responsibilities Strategic: Procurement of spares required for preventive & shut-down maintenance jobs. Planning Day to Day Preventive/Predictive/Corrective & Break down Maintenance of Plants Rotary & Stationary Equipments including Utility Equipments. Operational: Implementation of preventive maintenance schedule Maintaining all QESH & RC records in association with maintenance engineer. To follow the safety norms as specified Proper allocation & utilization of manpower. To inspect & maintain critical spares stock To carry out 100% preventive job as per schedules & maintain its record. Ensuring that all Equipments are 100% Available in Operation. Controlling of Maintenance Budget. Ensure 100% safety to achieve zero accidents Guide the department on implementation of QESH & RC system. Responsible for carrying out jobs as per schedule by proper utilization of manpower Responsible for consumable stock checking/ monitoring & intimate to Superiors. Responsible for second line development Records and analysis of non-conformities, initiate corrective action / guide on implementation of corrective / preventive actions. Responsible for maintaining legal compliance To conduct data analysis periodically from records To prepare the departmental operation procedure & format such that work is carried out using optimum resources in a safe manner To ensure the necessary records are maintain & to review the same. Arrange for necessary training. Implementation of operational controls as per requirement of the operation / activity Carry out JSA for Critical Job. Service Providers Bills Posting in System. Report any near miss/ incident or any other non compliance To participate in Root Cause Analysis of Various safety and process safety incidents, Monitor and ensure implementation of CAPA ( Corrective Actions & Preventive Actions) To Support Various Process safety and Responsible Care Initiatives Monitoring of outside fabrication/ machining jobs. Responsible to implement any other assignment given by the seniors People Related: CO-Ordinate with Process Plant Incharge for Smooth Operation of Plant. Project work related to plant modifications Required Knowledge (of any equipment / Tools and techniques / Software) Identification of Critical Equipments & Hazardous Chemical Lines. Identification of Color Codes for Piping as per ISO Standards. Knowledge of Tools & Tackles required for Maintenance. Knowledge of Safety Permits. Expertise in MSGL Equipments. Expertise in all Rotary & Stationary Equipment’s. Expertise in Graphite Equipment’s. Software Knowledge as per Company use. Adequate Knowledge in Metallurgy. Adequate knowledge in Piping/Structure Fabrication/Insulation Etc. Basic Knowledge of Excel / Word. QESH Education & Experience Education Essential: B. E. (Mech.) / D. M. E, Knowledge of QESH & RC system Preferred: M.E / B. E. (Mech.) / D. M. E, Knowledge of QESH & RC system Experience Essential:10 – 12 Years Preferred:10 -12Years in Chemical Plant Maintenance Competencies / Skills Essential: Detail knowledge regarding process Should have through knowledge of working machineries & material codes, specifications required in plant.
