Vibrant is operating and delivering approximately 2GW of renewable energy solutions for corporates. https:\/\/www.vibrantenergy.in Primary Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with the Design and Engineering team, Project Development team, and Construction Management to understand wind and solar project requirements and related constraints. Lead the Sourcing Procurement Operations like Tactical Buy, Contracting, Transaction Processing, Vendor Management Catalog Management functions. Ensure purchases for required goods or services are made by recommending and\/or complying with Approved, appropriate supplier\/s, costs, processes, etc. Lead identifying, selecting, and qualifying of Power Evacuation Vendors and contractors for non-project specific standard framework agreements including strategic fit, payment terms, cost roadmap, cycle time reduction, EHS, quality, and capacity planning of the region s long-term demand. Coordinate RFP process, organize, manage the review of bids from multiple PE Contractors\/ O M contractors for conformity to contract requirements and determine acceptable bids. Having experience in procurement of materials and finalizing contractors for Substations, EHV Lines and Bay extensions for voltage class up to 220 kV and 400 kV. Should have experience in handling materials like Power Transformer and all other major and associated components pertaining to EHV Switchyards and Transmission lines. Understanding of requirements based on SLD and Layout for Substations \/ Bay Extension. Maintain close relationships with multiple PE Contractors\/ O M partners to negotiate and execute contracts within project budget, ensure proper documentation and order confirmations. Ability to undertake complex commercial negotiations. Qualifications : Bachelor s degree in engineering with a major in Electrical from a premium institute\/ university. Successful track record of 5 to 6 years in procurement\/ supply chain, ideally in project driven organizations like Solar Wind Power Project developers (IPP). Skills\/ Attributes : Strong category\/commodity management experience with advanced and strong negotiation skills. Solid structuring and analytical skills to keep track of multiple projects and vendors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; data analysis using Advance Excel and Power point. Experience using an ERP system such as SAP S\/4 HANA for sourcing materials. Advanced communication skills (written and verbal) in English, ability to present to internal organizations. Hands-on experience in Power Evacuation (Substations and Transmission Line), BOP\/Solar Wind Energy products. ",
