Job Description

1. Handling entire Americas region (North, Central and South America) 2. Export enquiries receipt from different modes. 3. Regular entry and updates in our companys marketing software 4. Quotations to be sent to concerned parties after verification and submission of proforma Invoice 5. Timely execution of orders and payment follow-up 6. Regular updates to customers about the machines and its latest advancements as well as the introduction of new machines. Handling customers properly 7. Make an effort to achieve the target given for the respected territory 8. Participating in the exhibition which are planned 9. Exploring new markets and appointing agents where required 10. Travelling in assigned territories and maintaining all customer data properly. 11. To make customer visit reports & inviting customers to the factory for machine demo 12. Follow up for payment and necessary LC approval 13. To coordinate will all internal departments from machine order to dispatch activity process.
