Job Description

As The Manager, Monitoring & Evaluation, and Technology, you will: - Define and fine-tune the organization s theory of change, logical frameworks, and M&E processes, helping The Circle grow into an evidence and outcome-based nonprofit organization. - Set up and manage systems and processes to capture and optimize data collection from the organizations programs and beneficiaries. - Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis efforts, working to convert raw data into actionable insights. - Conduct site visits at The Circle Incubation and Labs entrepreneurs and participants sites to collect data, analyze insights, and assist on-the-ground effort to help develop individualized M&E frameworks. - Create insightful reports for internal and external stakeholders. - Define The Circle s roadmap to automate its M&E systems, and implement relevant systems, and software to enable this vision. Manager, M&E Summary As Manager, Monitoring & Evaluation, and Technology, you will be responsible for leading the Monitoring and Evaluation for The Circle s flagship programs (Circle Incubation, Circle Labs, and Circle U). You will be responsible for developing and improving the organization s M&E frameworks and processes, collecting and analyzing program data, and reporting organizational outcomes to internal and external stakeholders. In addition, you will set up and manage tech based processes, software decisions, and systems to help programs optimize data collection, analysis and reporting.
