Manager - Media Strategy

Description: At OnePlus, we are looking to hire a media manager who will bring in a 360 degree media planning approach for the category assigned. Main responsibilities: Lead media engagement activities basis the category requirement, including coordination and relationship management with media agencies and partners Be involved in planning and executing digital media campaigns (AMS / programmatic / CPA / remarketing / search and display) Real-time tracking, delivery of campaign performance reports to optimization; deep understanding of how to deliver business goals Identify and execute marketing initiatives that meet brand objectives (product launch, sales, awareness, conversions etc) in a planned manner What do we expect from you? 6-10 years of work experience in Media Strategy (planning and buying) Digital media experience is must Candidates with both online and offline media experience will be prioritized (should have clear understanding of Tv, Print and OOH planning metrics Understanding of managed e-commerce is a plus ((Managing AMS and FK on platform ads) Innovative and creative thought process Ability to embrace change and shift gears in a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities Humility & a positive approach at the workplace; someone who is eager to learn & believes in winning with the team About OnePlus: Our mission is to empower the world through better technology.
