Role Description: You will work directly with the top management to help them grow execute their plans. You will be working across teams to help them align to the goals objectives. Work with the CEO on special projects around people, processes, GTM, etc. The role requires a highly resourceful, self driven individuals with impeccable emotional intelligence out MVPs. Designation: Manager - New Business Initiatives Function: Founder s Office Reporting to: CEO Location: Kolkata No. of Positions - 1 no What are the expectations from this role Coordinate drive execution for specific projects initiatives Scoping out of possible experiments strategic initiatives Help drive data-driven presentations for the Leadership team in both internal and external Engagements. Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to achieve short-term and long-term company objectives. Collaborate with senior management to define strategic goals and prioritize initiatives. Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Analyze competitor strategies and performance to inform decision-making. Identify potential risks associated with strategic initiatives and develop mitigation plans. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Qualifications and Experience: 2-4 years in assisting executive leadership in fast growing organizations or VC or management consulting. MBA from any top B-School(preferred). Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from unstructured data. Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels. You are tech-savvy prefer keeping up to date with the industry its changes. Excellent communication and facilitation skills. Compensation Benefits: Cash Compensation: As per industry standards pedigree of candidate ESOPs: 10% of NowPurchase is dedicated to current future team members.
