Job Description

Role & responsibilities : This is a full-time on-site role for a New Product Development - Specialty, Flavor Tea & Pre-Mix Tea. person will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day tasks related to NPD as well R&D. person should be competent and professionally handled QA-QC , NPD with Food safety, in Speciality, Pre-Mix, Flavour & Garcinia Tea, Their expertise will contribute to the creation of new tea products and ensure the highest quality standards. Preferred candidate profile Expertise in Pre-Mix, Speciality & Flavor Tea NPD as well R&D, Food Technology. Overall, accountable for NPD department, Instant pre-mix, Speciality, Flavour , CTC, Green Tea Tasting & blending. Tasting and Blending (CTC, Orthodox, Green Tea, Oolong, Speciality & Flavour blends) based on Organoleptic Evaluation. Implementation of the strategies to for introducing New product in all Speciality tea & Pre-Mix as well. Coordinates with R&D for product conceptualization, positioning, new product development etc. Keeps track of all brand related expenditures vis--vis budgets Strong knowledge of tea production and processes Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
