Requirement for ONLY Korean Nationals , living in India . 1 To achieve iA12:A30f Korean National Accounts (KNA)*To monitor the lifting and CM every week.*To enchance our participation in all the Korean Accounts.* To look for new opportunities from the Korean Accounts for Export from West Asia to various destinations. 1.2 To look for new avenues in developing Import FOB business to & from Korea.* To enhance FOB import business for West Asia region.*To conduct market research and to gather information of new biz as well as potential biz 1.3 To increase customer satisfaction to reach service excellence level* To be responsible to guide and assist CCA team to resolve KNA customer issues and complaints.* Timely updating ONE Force with the developments for all the Korean Accounts.* Promoting various e-commerce and digital intitiatives of the company. 1.4 Maintain healthy AR position* To maintain AR Overdue Ratio below 5%. 1.5 BID tracing*To track and evaluate Global & Regional KNA performance and recommend corrective actions in timely manner.*Close communication with GAM as well as origin/destination KAM/KAS.
