Job Description

Shift Timing: 02:00 PM - 11:00 PM / 04:00 PM - 01:00 AM (Monday - Saturday). Responsibilities: Stay current on WCAG 2.0 AA and AA, ADA/Section 504 & 508/WCAG compliance risks and develop mitigation plans. Proficient in understanding and authoring test strategies and plans for WAI-ARIA Proficient in carrying out comprehensive Accessibility testing of Web and Mobile applications including keyboard navigation, screen readers, and color contrast tools. Coordinate team activities which are predominantly: the remediation of learning materials, and the fulfillment of video transcription requests. Educate and advise across organizational functions on matters related to accessibility, inclusivity, usability, and learner experience. Conduct daily and weekly team huddles to review the coming week, forecast work surges, address problems, and forecast any pain points. Conduct weekly 1:1s, and annual goal setting and performance reviews. Regularly review vendor utilization reports, and adjust contracts as needed. Scope projected work and assign hours to each resource. Review and approve timesheets. Follow internal workflows to ensure training can be delivered as scheduled and improve them as needed for efficiency and cost reduction. Partner with Learning Development and other functions on how to incorporate accessibility standards early in the product lifecycle, and with the instructors and virtual producers on how to deliver inclusive experiences. Build trust across the company by solving problems promptly and delivering high- quality customer service. Evaluate new tools and technologies that improve the accessibility of our learner experience. Qualification B.E., MCA, BTech, MTech, ME, Accessibility testing against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0/2.1 Levels A,, AA, and AAA using assistive technologies and testing tools (Adobe Acrobat Pro (ver XI, DC or higher), NVDA, JAWS, Colour Contrast Analyzer, Web Aim Wave, ANDI, etc.) 4+ years of work experience developing under web accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.0 AA, ARIA), requirements, and assistive technology. Serve as the resident digital accessibility expert. Test and remediate learning materials (Microsoft Office files, PDFs, HTML, and multimedia) as needed.
