What you will do Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of ramp and gateway operations, ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency. Manage air feeder linehaul operations to support timely and accurate transportation of goods. Supervise cross-border and in-country linehaul operations, optimizing routes and ensuring compliance. Lead hub operations to maintain high standards of service, safety, and productivity. Ensure service quality and assurance through regular audits, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives. Oversee weight and balance operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and optimize aircraft performance. Coordinate transport scheduling and dispatch to maximize operational efficiency and meet service commitments. Manage contracts and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure reliable service and support. Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, including dangerous goods handling, export controls, and clearance operations. You will be a great fit if you have the below: Have relevant experience in Ramp/Flight operations with a background of atleast 10 to 12 years in the logistics industry. Experience of handling a large team. Planning & Organizing Skills; Judgement & Decision Making Skills; Presentation Skills; Analytical Skills Minimum of 9-11 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a team handling role.
