Job Title : Manager - Order to Cash Location : Bangalore Schedule/Hours Worked : Must have 15+ years in Finance/Accounting environment with experience in Order-to-Cash process (Order to Billing must) Intro: As a Order to Cash manager, you will be responsible to lead a team of Billing specialists and ensure timely and accurate processing of customer project set-ups and invoicing. Someone who is highly organized and thrives in a fast-paced environment will do well in this position. Our most successful employees are service-oriented and work well as a team player. Some of the things youll be doing: Leading billing team in the global finance center in line with the existing finance transformation program Responsible for motivating, developing, and engaging a team of 20-30 members of billing team Set the right team with the right competencies for the area of responsibility Transition and delivery of services as per the plans and collaboration with Regional Finance Directors Actively engage in technology implementation projects Identify and execute the productivity projects supporting the organization strategy Building the employer branding internally as well as externally together with the global finance center management team Building a performance culture (operational excellence including best practices, ways of working, KPI, quality, etc.) within Finance Operations including developing the current performance management set-up internally within Finance Operations as well as towards collaboration partners Strengthening our knowledge management set-up as well as business continuity plans Ensuring continued focus on internal controls set out by Internal Controls team What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need? MBA/M.Com or equivalent PG degree with Accounting as a Major 15+ years in Finance/Accounting environment with experience in Order-to-Cash process (Order to Billing must) Excellent People Management Skills Grasps accounting, auditing, and internal control concepts and can apply the same to CSCs business environment Strong knowledge of O2C processes is a must Experience with automation tools and process improvements in Order to cash process Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ERP(Oracle software preferably) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to the details Enjoys working in a team environment Organized and able to handle multiple priorities in a continuous improvement environment Self-motivated and adapts to change Provides great service to internal and external customers by making a determined effort to resolve problems and keep them from happening Current CTC Expected CTC Notice Period Current Company Current Location.
