Company Name - Kalorex Group - www.kalorex.org Job Summary : The Parent Community Network Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a supportive network for parents navigating the challenges of raising children in a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) world. This role involves creating engaging programs, facilitating collaboration among parents and mental health professionals, and fostering a vibrant, resourceful community. Key Responsibilities: Community Development: Establish and nurture a parent community network that offers mutual support, resources, and shared learning opportunities. Organize regular workshops, seminars, and support groups featuring mental health professionals to address contemporary parenting challenges. Develop and manage an online platform for resource sharing, discussions, and event updates. Program Management: Design and implement programs that promote active parental engagement and continuous learning. Collaborate with mental health experts to curate content and activities that meet the evolving needs of parents. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, gathering feedback to make necessary adjustments. Community Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for community members, addressing inquiries and fostering a welcoming environment. Facilitate discussions, both online and offline, that encourage knowledge sharing and peer support. Promote volunteerism and leadership within the community, empowering parents to take active roles. Partnership Development: Forge partnerships with local schools, mental health organizations, and community groups to enhance program offerings. Represent the network at community events and meetings to raise awareness and build collaborative relationships. Communication and Marketing: Develop marketing materials and communication strategies to promote events and engage community members. Utilize social media and other platforms to share resources, success stories, and relevant information. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of community activities, memberships, and communications. Prepare regular reports on program outcomes, community feedback, and areas for improvement Working Conditions: Full-time position with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for community events. Travel within the local community to attend meetings and events. Occasional travel across cities in India Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus. Proven experience in community building, program management, or a related role. Strong understanding of parenting challenges in a modern, rapidly changing environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Experience collaborating with mental health professionals and community organizations. Proficiency in using digital tools for communication, event management, and content creation. Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting parents and families.
