Our client id MNC in Construction Equipment Role & responsibilities Job Responsibilities : Manage the payroll function to ensure timely payment of salaries. Manage contract employee salary payments. Ensure filing of TDS, PF, Prof Tax and other statutory returns. Report MIS for manpower cost and numbers. Handle employee queries wrt Salaries & Income Tax. Handle employee reimbursements as per travel policy. Identification of risks (present & future) and ensuring effective risk mitigation of the process. Driving implementation of improvement measures. Digitalisation of the current employee payments process to drive efficiency and transparency including quick turn-around time. Work in close co-ordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery of services; Preferred candidate profile Age Limit : 28 to 32 Years Experience : 6 to 10 Years CTC Budget : 12 to 18 LPA Qualification : B.
