About Position: We are seeking a highly motivated MBA graduate to join our dynamic Process Transformation Team. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of business operations, and the ability to drive change through innovative process improvements. As part of our team, you will play a key role in optimizing business processes, leveraging data and technology to deliver scalable solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. Role: Manager Process Transformation Location: Pune Experience: 4 - 8 Years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: Process Analysis & Mapping: Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes and identify areas for improvement. Create process maps, flowcharts, and detailed documentation to visualize workflows and identify inefficiencies. Process Redesign & Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement streamlined, efficient processes. Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to drive continuous process improvements. Data-Driven Insights: Analyze performance data and key metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive decision-making. Change Management: Assist in driving the adoption of new processes, tools, and technologies across the organization. Develop training materials, conduct training sessions, and support teams during the implementation phase. Project Management: Lead or participate in projects aimed at optimizing business processes, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure project success. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with senior leadership and department heads to align process improvements with business objectives. Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders at all levels. Expertise You'll Bring: MBA from a top tier college (IIM Preferred). Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and diverse teams. Strong project management skills with experience in managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively. Experience in process automation and digital transformation. Knowledge of enterprise software systems (ERP, CRM) and related technologies.
