Financial/Strategy Prepares recommendations on Quality budgets Preparation Tracks expenses to ensure that expenses are within budget Verifies bill payments for all expenses (as per the current corporate limit) Monitoring, adhering and circulating the Monthly Quality Report. Implementation and driving Digital Quality app for site QC and Snagging purpose Expertise in training the workforce as per Requirements for all civil and finishing works Defines and modifies quality standards from customer perspective Communicates quality standards to project teams and Implement successfully Material inspection and approvals as per standards and requirement Has clarity around inter-process handshakes and follows the process for hand-over or take-over between processes in order to avoid lapses Has working knowledge gathered through exposure on different phases of the construction Prepares the site for annual Quality Audit Communicates the date and scope of audit to the site staff Operational Conducts site audits related to process compliance and final quality along with technical specialist. Shall able to classify process and product noncompliance and shall able to relate snag list with product noncompliance. Prepares audit/nonconformance report, communicates audit insights to site team through closure meeting Follows up on action plans with the project and design team Shall able to determine root cause analysis, corrections, corrective action &preventive action. Identifies areas of improvement in process and product specs Facilitates root cause analysis with project and design teams Provides input in quality management control Process Complies with company defined guidelines and processes Adheres to project timelines Identifies processes/procedures in own work area that need improvement Recommends process improvement ideas to streamline efficiency/costs/productivity Undertakes process improvement activities in own work area People management and Development Conducts goal setting exercise for the role Prepares goal sheets Defines and sets work objectives for team members Balances work allocation in team Conducts weekly quality review meetings and regular performance reviews with the entire team Provides guidance and direction to team members Conducts periodic reviews and year end appraisals for team members Recommends and implements policies to ensure retention of the high potential/performing employees Acts as first point of contact for communication, interpretation and implementation of management decisions to direct reporting subordinates Communicates and implements GPL values/ processes/systems within own team
