We are looking for Manager - R&D for Alwar location. Job Responsibilities: Motivate, Mentor and Manage the team of Design Engineers Closely working and taking guidance / mentoring from Global MPP Engineering & Product Leadership. Mitigate risks, support to develop processes & deploy tools & technologies to deliver high-end products. At times need to support Manufacturing, Supply Chain and External Agencies. Conduct the Design Reviews and provide the mentorship and guidance to the team Expert level of knowledge on product engineering and its tools and processes (DFM / DFA / DFS / FMEA) Hands on Experience and Know-How of Various Global and Industry Standards (ISO / SAE / DIN / EN / IS / AWS etc) and application of it. Preferably having strong engineering experience in Heavy product and / or Crushing & Screening business. Lead and Prepare design verification and validation plan. Able to make judgmental decision of selection of various manufacturing process based on it’s capabilities and cost associated it (Primarily for Casting, Fabrication and Machining). Prepare Engineering Calculations and Technical Guideline Reports Working on Cross-functional Responsibility. Actively participate & drive the continuous quality improvement of engineering documentation & core engineering data. Keep MO HSE (Health / Safety / Environment) targets on top priority in line with Organizational legislation. Who you are Master in Mechanical Core Subjects with 14+ Years of Experience / Bachelor with 16+ Years of Experience from reputed institute Must have hands on Product design and enginering of crushing / mining industry or similar heavy industries for Min 10+ Years Preferred knowledge on aggregate and minig’s crushing product / process experience. Strong people leader with experience in leading and managing the team. Doing performance management and motivating / engaging them. Expert level of knowledge on Heavy Fabrications and Machining Processes. Added advantage to have similar knowhow on Gear box, Elect Motors and Bearings. Proficient knowledge on various material and process selection and design. Good Knowledge of Design for Manufacturing and Services. Expert level knowledge on Engineering Calculations (Including Welding and Structural Design) Proficient knowledge on 3D Engineerng / Design tools and PLM Process. Preferably Creo and Pulse. Excellent in Communication Skills Worked in Global environment. Fair know-how on Project Management and New Product Development Processes. Well-versed in usage of Microsoft Office applications.
