Urgent hiring for Manager- Regulated market Profile-Manager- Regulated market Exp: 5- 10 years of Experience in which minimum 5 Years in API sales & Marketing in Regulated market CTC-upto 15 Lpa (Depends on interview) Working Days- 6 Days Location - Indore Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced API Sales & Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving our API sales strategy within regulated markets, specifically focusing on the United States, European Union, and Japan. If you have a proven track record in API sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of these regions, we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Formulate effective sales strategies to penetrate and expand in the US, EU, and JP regulated markets. Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within regulated markets. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product development, regulatory, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of sales strategies. Achieve Sales Targets: Drive sales growth by achieving and exceeding the set sales targets and objectives. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with the regulations and standards of the target markets. Knowledge of DMFs, CEPs & international markets Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 10 years experience in API sales and marketing, specifically within regulated markets. Market Exposure: Direct experience with sales and marketing in the US, EU, and JP markets is essential. Exposure to other markets is not required or considered. Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmaceuticals, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is preferred.
