Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Manager Sales to drive business growth in the tea, agriculture, and gardening machinery . This role is ideal for a high-energy professional with a strong sales acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and expand market share in the tea plantations, gardening, and agriculture sectors. Identify and pursue new business opportunities , build a strong sales pipeline, and convert leads. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive repeat business and customer loyalty . Conduct persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Travel to engage with customers, close deals, and strengthen market presence. Ideal Candidate Profile Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field ; an MBA is preferred. 5+ years of experience in sales , preferably in the tea industry, agricultural machinery, or related sectors . Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a customer-first mindset . Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali . Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations. Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales-driven environment .
