Job Description

Responsibilities: - Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) for LAP ducts. - Drive sales and achieve targets for Loan Against perty (LAP) ducts, up to - 3 Crore. - Train and motivate DSAs to effectively mote and sell LAP ducts. - Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs and key stakeholders. - Monitor DSA performance and vide regular feedback and support. - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities. - Manage the end-to-end sales cess, from lead generation to loan disbursement. - Resolve DSA and customer queries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. - Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management. - Implement sales strategies to enhance market penetration and customer acquisition. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - 2 to 5 years of experience in sales roles within the Banking or NBFC sector. - ven track record of achieving sales targets, particularly in loan ducts. - Strong understanding of Loan Against perty (LAP) ducts and cesses. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Strong relationship management and networking abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - ficiency in using sales management tools and CRM systems
