Prior experience in real estate, preferably residential projects. Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals for residential real estate projects. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and risks. Work closely with sales teams to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Optimize pricing strategies, promotions, and offers to maximize conversions. Monitor the sales funnel and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless execution of sales plans. Conduct detailed market research to understand customer demographics, buying behaviors, and emerging trends. Develop insights on project performance, including location-specific demand and pricing sensitivity. Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and key stakeholders. Provide strategic inputs to senior management for decision-making. Present dashboards and periodic reports to management highlighting key sales insights and actionable recommendations.
