Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and strategic Manager/Senior Manager in Advertisement Sales to lead our ad sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of advertising space on our news channel. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in sales management and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the advertisement sales team to achieve revenue targets. Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new advertisers and retain existing clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their advertising needs and providing customized solutions. Oversee the creation and delivery of persuasive sales presentations to potential clients. Negotiate and finalize advertising contracts, ensuring favourable terms for the channel. Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to ensure the successful execution of advertising campaigns. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Mentor and train sales team members to enhance their skills and performance. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 7-12 years of experience in advertising sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to think strategically and develop innovative sales solutions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
